What is Top Active Telegram?

Top Active Telegram - Software have below functionalities:

• Software can send message by Telegram UserID, You can upload Telegram UserID CSV file as per format and send bulk message.
• Software can send message by Telegram Mobile Number. You can upload Telegram Mobile Number CSV file as per format and send bulk message.
• Software can scrap contacts and send bulk message to all contacts.
• Software can scrap groups and send bulk message to all groups.
• Software can scrap all group Members and send bulk message to all group Members.
• Software can add members from one group to another.
• Software has a Chatbot system, a robot that can auto-respond to messages.

• After confirm your Licence Code , please unzip main file and Run Top Active Telegram.exe and register your licence as per below screen.


• Licence Email: Registered Email.
• Registration Code: Licence Code.
• After Registration you can use software.

After Registration Licence , start software, software start with below screen:

Multiple Message Sending

• Click on Multiple message version button.
Below form will open: For Add Multile messages click on Add Message.
• You can Add Message and Attachments and Save.
• This form have Invert functionality where you want to send attachment first and then text message.
• You can select multiple message and send to Telegram.

• Now if you want to send message to Telegram userid then you can import telegram userid as per format file and send message to all telegram UserID.
• If you want to send message to Telegram Mobile number then you can import telegram Mobile number as per format file and send message to all telegram Mobile number.
• If you want to send message to Telegram Groups then Client on button Send To Groups, then below screen appear.

• In this screen , click on Scrap Groups, then software will extract all telegram which you are members.
• Now you can select groups and Click on Send Message to Groups.
• You can export all groups on excel file , click on Export Groups buttons.


Extract Group Members

• Click on "Get Members" button for specific group member which you want to extract.

• Now you can select group members and Click on Send Message to Member button.
• You can export all group members on excel file, click on Export Members buttons.

Add Members Group

Telegram Account Configuration

Click on Setting icon on top bar , ,

• API ID: Telegram API ID.
• API Hash: Telegram API Hash.
• For Generate Telegram API ID and Hash, please check: https://core.telegram.org/api/obtaining_api_id
• Phone (with Country Code): Enter your Telegram account phone number with country code like for Brazil country code is: 55
• After fill details, click on Login button, then Telegram will send you Login Verification Code. Then in software please fill Code, click on Verify button.


Telegram Group Scraper


• In this screen, click on Scrap Group. Then software will extract all telegram groups from your account.
• You can export all groups on excel file, click on Export Groups button.
• Extract Group Members
• Click on "Get Members" button for specific group member which you want to extract the members.

• Software will scrap all group members from Telegram chat history.
• You can export all group members on Excel file, clicking on Export Members button.

Group Member add from one group to another group

• For add members from one group to another, select destincation group from combo box and and Click on Add Members button.


Telegram Message Sender

• Import userdata as per format file : UserData_Format.csv

• Select members and click on Send Message button.

Chatbot Telegram

Telegram Login Configuration: Please click on settings icon top right side and click on Telegram Authorize Menu and login to your Telegram account with below detail.

• API ID: Telegram API ID.
• API Hash: Telegram API Hash.
• For Generate Telegram API ID and Hash, please check: https://core.telegram.org/api/obtaining_api_id
• Phone (with Country Code): Enter your Telegram account phone number with country code like for Brazil country code is: 55
• After fill details, click on Login button, then Telegram will send you Login Verification Code. Then in software please fill Code, click on Verify button.

• Click on Save button for save all configuration on Software.

Configure Rules - Please click on settings icon top right side and click on Configure Rules.

• WelcomeMessage: This is welcome message is sent automatically when someone send message and does not match with any reply rule.

  back: back to menu

• Rules: You can create Rules with your rule keyword: Like you want if user send message keyword: 1 then you want to send some unique message to your user.
• Rule Name: Unique name of your rule.
• Rule Keyword: Unique keyword of your rule like for example your add: 1
• Message :Message is sent when someone send message equal to Rule keyword.
• Attachment: You can add attachment of anytype.
• Enabled: You can enable or disable your rule.
• isAttachmentfirst ?: If your reply rule contains message and attachment both, then if you want send Attachment first then Message then enable this option.

Now you can start chatbot process, so that chatbot respond user message.

Click on settings icon on top bar , . You can change data export format: Excel, CSV, Text File. Software Support Multiple Languages.
